Leadership in Action: Laura
At the heart of our Humanitarian Emergency Fund is Laura, a seasoned humanitarian expert who serves as General Director of the fund. Laura brings extensive field experience from Yemen, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, and beyond, working with major global organizations including MSF, UNICEF, Emergency, Intersos, Save the Children UK, and Terre des Hommes.
Her responsibilities include:
- Field Research & Conflict Analysis
- Child Protection & Rights Documentation
- Humanitarian Communication & Reporting
- NGO Coordination & Strategic Advocacy
Her leadership ensures every effort is effective, culturally sensitive, and aligned with the needs of vulnerable communities.
