the Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism, Chairman of the Tourism Promotion Board, Muammar Al-Eryani, chaired an expanded meeting with members of the Tourism Classification Committee.

Al-Eryani conveyed the greetings of His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, his fellow members of the Council, and Prime Minister Salem bin Braik, and their support for all efforts aimed at regulating and developing hotel services in the interim capital, Aden.

He emphasized the need to continue efforts in a team spirit, emphasizing the strict application of professional standards, and not being lenient in evaluating facilities to ensure enhanced confidence in the national tourism sector. He emphasized the importance of continuing institutional work based on a precise methodology and effective partnership to ensure a true tourism renaissance that reflects the aspirations of Yemenis and responds to the needs of visitors.

Al-Eryani directed the preparation of a detailed summary that includes an evaluation of hotel performance, the reasons that led to the downgrading of some establishments, identifying violations affecting the quality of services, and the extent to which each establishment adheres to the Ministry's approved standards. He also directed the preparation of official classification certificates as an incentive measure, to be distributed to the affected hotels within a month, to enhance transparency and professional appreciation.

Minister Al-Eryani heard a report from the committee on the most significant achievements, the challenges faced by the classification teams, and the suffering of hotel owners. He noted that he would arrange a joint meeting with the Minister of State and Governor of Aden Governorate to discuss these issues and seek practical solutions.
