Algerian Tourist Delegation Welcomed in Aden by Tourism Authority and Desert Sky Agency

The Director General of the Tourism Office in Aden,Mr. Adel Mohsen Fadl, recently welcomed a delegation of Algerian tourists visiting the city to explore its landmarks and significant historical role. During their meeting, Mr. Fadl provided the tourism team with a comprehensive overview of Aden's history and its influential cultural contributions to Yemen and the region. He also listened to the guests’ comments regarding Aden’s role in promoting Arab culture and awareness.

Mr. Fadl addressed the challenges that Aden faces, particularly during periods of conflict, and emphasized that it will continue to be a cradle of culture and a beacon of knowledge despite these difficulties. He assured the delegation that the office would provide all necessary support for tourists and work to overcome any obstacles they might encounter. Notably, the Aden Tourism Office has been proactive in receiving and coordinating tourist groups visiting Aden and facilitating travel to other governorates, thanks to the efforts of the Director of the Aden Tourism Office.

Algerian tourist, Ms. Karima Bou Madin expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality she received from the locals. She was captivated by the cultural landmarks that showcase the city’s vibrant history. Despite experiencing power outages and intense heat, she developed a fondness for Aden and its people, stating, "Aden is fine and beautiful." She thanked the Aden Tourism Office, particularly its Director General, Adel Mohsen, for facilitating the procedures and transportation between districts. Accompanying her on the visit were her sister, Najat, her uncle, Hussein Al-Marzouqi, and the Director of the Cooperation Travel and Tourism Agency, Mr. Basil Al-Harsh, who praised the exceptional treatment, excellent coordination, and adherence to schedules. Other members of the delegation included Mr. Mohammed Anwar, Deputy Director General of Tourism, and Mr. Ali Awad, Legal Advisor to the Aden Governorate.

It is worth noting that the Algerian tourist delegation arrived in Aden after spending the previous week in the Al-MahrahGovernorate.
